Clint Blankenship, EA, MSEA, FCA, MAAA is the President of ShowMe Pension Group and has provided pension actuarial services to clients since 1998. He is the certifying enrolled actuary for defined benefit/cash balance actuarial valuations. Clint is a past President of the American Society of Enrolled Actuaries. Clint enjoys welding in the shop, working on his 1964 Ford 4000 tractor and spending time with their growing family.

Dale McCloud, JD, CPC has officially retired with over 40 years of experience with qualified plans. He continues to serve as the Vice- President of ShowMe Pension Group. Dale can now enjoy traveling and spending time with his wife at their lake property.
Julie Sharkey, CPC, QPA, QKC, QKA is our New Business Coordinator/Operations Manager. She works as part of the Business Development Team to prepare proposals and consult with potential new clients. She also manages workflow and reviews the annual valuation reports for the defined contribution plans. Julie has worked in the employee retirement/benefits industry since 1997. She most enjoys spending time with her family, reading and running, and she hopes her love of reading and running rub off on her son (no pressure, Mikey!).

Debbie Messer, CPC, QPA, QKC, QKA is a Pension Administrator who works with both defined benefit and defined contribution plans. She has over 30 years of experience in the retirement industry. Debbie prepares the annual valuation reports and required filings, and consults with clients regarding their retirement plans. She has a secret talent, but won’t say what it is, as it won’t be a secret anymore. Debbie is grateful she has achieved all four ASPPA designations and will no longer need to study for tests.

Jim Carnes, QPA, QKC is a Pension Administrator who works with both defined benefit and defined contribution plans. He completes the annual valuation reports, testing and required filings for his plans. Jim also consults with his clients in all areas of plan administration. He has worked on qualified retirement plans for over 35 years. Jim enjoys walking on the beach with his wife while vacationing with his family in Florida.

LouAnn Corley serves as the Documents Coordinator. She prepares plans documents for new clients, along with plan amendments and restatements. LouAnn also coordinates plan terminations and assists with various other plan administration tasks. LouAnn has been in the retirement plan industry since 2005 and is currently pursuing the ASPPA designation of QKA. She would love to travel the world, and would especially like to visit England, Ireland, and Scotland.

Amy Blankenship is our Office Manager. Amy is responsible for all accounts payable and receivable and oversees payroll and all client invoicing. She has many years of bookkeeping and office organizational experience and has been with SMPG since 2013. Amy enjoys volunteering at her church and at the high school. She is very excited about becoming Grandma MeMe.

Courtney Shanks serves as our Workflow Coordinator. She assists clients with the collection of data needed to prepare the annual administration reports, assists with clients questions, helps to ensure a smooth transition for new clients and works closely with clients on important follow-ups. Courtney is also in charge of maintaining our client database. She is currently pursuing the ASPPA designation of QKA. Courtney enjoys spending time with her family. She is the biggest cheerleader for all 3 of her kids and most Saturday’s she will be at the field watching her son play college football.

Sherry Hoppes is an Administrative Assistant. She works with our Pension Administrators processing asset statements and reconciling each trust account. Sherry also assists with office management. She has been with SMPG for over seven years. Sherry enjoys suspense/mystery books. Perhaps that is why, when asked what she wanted to do before she died, Sherry replied with “Why, is there a hit out on me?”

Caleb Doubet is an Actuarial Analyst. He graduated from Truman State University in December 2019 with a math degree and has been with the firm ever since. Caleb assists in all areas of qualified pension plans and hopes to earn his enrolled actuary designation sometime in 2024. He enjoys playing recreational sports to stay active and traveling with his wife.

Skyler Lowery is a Jr. Pension Administrator. He assists with all areas of defined benefit and defined contribution plans, including preparation of the annual valuation reports, processing benefit calculations, and preparing required PBGC and IRS filings. Skyler enjoys cooking and spending time with his family. His favorite place in the world is being home with his family, but he would love to visit Ireland or New Zealand someday as well.
